I have an avid interest in conducting science interviews as a way to break scientists out of their shell and make science more accessible to the general public. Here are a select series of interviews, all conducted on behalf of the American Society of Plant Biologists including video and audio.
Between the Palms (Video)
As part of the Community Engagement Award, I interviewed 15 scientists in Hawaii as part of the Plant Biology 2017 conference. We had a full production crew and the event was a total blast. We also took the opportunity to train and video students on elevator pitches and Three Minute Thesis preparation. Here are few interviews, with the rest of the video library residing here.

As part of the Phenome 2018 conference I interviewed over 15 scientists about plant phenotyping and the future of the field. These select three interviews were with members of the organizing committee.
